Communication: Open, timely communication is crucial for project success. We use a WhatsApp group as the default communication channel.

Approval Process: Review and approve designs promptly; two revisions included for each Facebook post, cover page, reels or website banners.

Intellectual Property: Upon full payment, you own final designs; preliminary designs remain ours.

Yearly Plan: You will get the monthly benefit for each month as mentioned in the packages, while you enjoy a discounted price in yearly plans.

Confidentiality: Both parties commit to maintaining the confidentiality of shared information.
